    Trash Bash is the largest, single-day waterway cleanup in Texas. GBF hosts the cleanup at Bay Area Park and surrounding areas from 8:30 am – 11:30 am and welcomes volunteers of all ages. All volunteers will receive lunch and a T-shirt.ga

    Colorado River Alliance and Travis County Parks are bringing a whole new meaning to spring cleaning! Join us on April 20th—the Saturday before Earth Day—to get your hands dirty while helping to keep our water, our parks, and our Earth clean.

    This community cleanup will take place across 7 Travis County Parks in East Austin, Pflugerville, Manor, Del Valle, and Webberville with volunteer opportunities for all ages.

    Volunteer registration opens Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

You have questions, and we have answers: in this webinar, KTB’s Research and Cleanups Program Manager Kirsten Sorensen will give demonstrations on how to submit your data, and will leave ample time for Q&A to help troubleshoot where you’re getting stuck in the process.

    Join Austin Youth River Watch and the community for a Cleanup and Restoration Event on Monday, February 19th from 9am to 12pm at Buttermilk Creek & Park.

    Volunteer activities will include: removing trash from the Buttermilk Park Greenbelt and creek area, spreading native plant seed balls, learning about water quality, and participating in a Brand Litter Survey with an emphasis on plastic. (All tools and supplies will be provided.)
