Aquatic vegetation is grouped into four classifications, each having their own benefits and challenges, making them an asset or a nuisance in a waterbody, which may ultimately lead to management. This webinar, will cover positive and negative impacts caused by aquatic vegetation, including associated water quality, to the surrounding ecosystem; environmental considerations during management selection; and commonly made mistakes during management. Participants will also be directed to additional resources provided by the AgriLife Extension Service. Texas Parks and Wildlife is a Texan by Nature Conservation Partner.
