The Penatukah Comanches, as one of our prominent prehistoric peoples, had trails all over Central Texas denoted by Marker Trees, artifacts, and lore. The Mills County Historical Museum and the Texas Botanical Gardens and Native American Interpretive Center have partnered to bring the Penatukah Trail Story Boards to Goldthwaite during the month of July 2022. The event will be open July 1-31 from 10 am-2 pm.
