During this guided meditation, participants will be encouraged to connect with the surrounding environment, as well as themselves. It will be an opportunity to slow down the nervous system through breathwork and by simply being outside. In nature, people start to become more aware that they are not alone and are part of something greater. The communing time will also include meditative walks, nature wonders, and other practices that will explore our connection and relationship with nature, while being at the beautiful and special headwaters of the Comal River.
