Join Emily Manderson for outdoor guided meditation at Headwaters at the Comal. During this guided meditation, participants will be encouraged to connect with the surrounding environment, as well as themselves. It will be an opportunity to slow down the nervous system through breathwork and by simply being outside. The communing time will also include meditative walks, nature wonders, and other practices that will explore our connection and relationship with nature, while being at the beautiful and special headwaters of the Comal River.
