Headquartered in Houston, Texas, ConocoPhillips (CP)  had operations and activities in 15 countries, $84 billion of total assets, and approximately 10,300 employees on March 31, 2021. ConocoPhillips is focused on sustainably meeting energy demand, while creating lasting value for employees, communities, and shareholders. Since that time, CP has updated those positions and developed positions on water, biodiversity, human rights, and diversity and inclusion.
